Refunds and failed orders
What happens when something goes wrong.
The card could not be issued
If our supplier cannot issue the card, the order page says so and the USDC you paid is sent back to the wallet that paid, usually within a day.
Wrong amount
The payment is prepared by Rosepay for the exact total, so it can't be sent short by accident. If a payment ever arrives short, the order stops and the amount received is returned.
Issued codes
Once a code is issued it cannot be refunded, as with any gift card, except where the law requires.
